The location, very quite, very nice coffee bars around (Cafe Savoy, Kampa cafe, etc), close to the tram station. The apartment was like new, modern, spacious, clean, very warm, in a very well maintained building. Beds very comfortable. It had a fully equiped kitchen, however we didn't used it.

The hotel was really good. The bed was comfortable despite being a single bed. The air conditioning was OK, following Europe standards of not letting you cool the room too much, but it was not hot at all. Just the right temperature. The hotel well located, near public transportation (busses and metro), grocery stores, good restaurants, and shopping mall. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly.

We stayed for two months. Top notch service by the staff. Special thanks to Nicole and Aneta for assisting us with changing the apartment to Jindrich Plachta address and reserving apartment for next year. The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to tram and metro station as well. There are a lot of restaurants close by. Weekly cleaning and linen changing was much appreciated.

New, clean, easy check-in and communication. Kitchen well equipped including some coffee, oil, etc. Cheap street parking in the area (free on weekends), city center 5 min by Uber (also cheap in Prague) or 30 min walk. Both beds and the sofa were convenient.
