The hotel exceeded our expectations! Convenient parking options, both covered and underground, made arrival stress-free. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. I can’t remember the name of the guy who checked us in, but he deserves a raise! Our rooms were originally on different floors, but he made sure to get us all on the same floor and hallway, which worked out perfectly. Next time we stay here (and we definitely will), I'm giving that guy a tip. The hotel offers great amenities: a lovely breakfast hall, a sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center with locker rooms, so I could still get my workouts in while traveling. But the standout for all of us was the Sky Bar. 🔥 The view was breathtaking, the music vibe was on point 🕺🏾🎶💃🏽, and the drinks were mouthwatering. Two of my favorites were the Caramel Espresso Martini and the Moscow Mule, Whoever that bartender was, give them a raise too! And despite the music jamming and the lively energy, it was perfectly balanced, you could have a conversation without shouting. That made the experience even better. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. Some might say it’s not right next to downtown, but honestly, it’s just a short drive, tram, subway, or Uber away. You can enjoy the chaotic fun nightlife in the city, then return to the calm, cozy comfort of the hotel. My friends and I have officially made this our go-to spot whenever we’re in Düsseldorf, and we come go their a lot. I did not provide any pictures; One, because I forgot, two the hotel's pictures on its website are spot on. I Hope you Enjoy your stay like we did!

The whole stuff (restaurant, front desk, cleaners...) are very kind and helpful, they are the ones who are elevating the experience of stay. Breakfast is great. Location is great and there is a tram station in a less than 50 meters away. My room had a street view and it remained silent inside. No noise from the vehicles.
