We had a room at the top floor, which was reached conveniently with the elevator, the high carpet made it a bit difficult to roll the luggage. Bathroom with bath and shower were perfect as were the toileteries.

Good location close to ubahn stations. New, clean and exceptionally designed room. Very friendly staff, especially Carla :) Nice Brazilian experience in Frankfurt for good price. Definitely will stay here once in Frankfurt again.

Everything was amazing. Uzay, at the reception was so helpful. I wanted an upgrade, he made sure I will get it in timely manner. Very polite, professional and helpful. The apartment had amazing views of the city skyline and the river, very nicely decorated and really comfortable. Everything is on a walking distance, the neighborhood is really safe and clean.

Everything. The room was gorgeous. We loved the elevator system. The front desk staff were excellent - very professional, attentive, truly 5 star. A special thanks to Thomas, Lili and their colleagues. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. Bartender was very pleasant. Concierge and the porter service was very helpful and pleasant. Also, the location couldn't be better, everything was in a few minutes walking distance: shopping, Christmas markets, museums, restaurants.

The apartment is wonderful, very spacious and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchen utensils and appliances, super comfortable beds and pillows, a large kitchen and a separate large living room. It is in a very quiet place, but at the same time, very close to all the important points in the city - the Höchst train station is 300 m away, the old town is 50 m away, the nearest supermarket is 100 m away (and works until 00.00), there are as many restaurants and cafes as you want... In general, a wonderful apartment for you and your children/friends! I don't think there is anything more to wish for.
