The staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist us in our requests. The restaurant was more than amazing. We had dinner there 3 nights. The breakfast also was amazing. A wide variety of cheeses, veggies, fruits, milk, juice, pretzels, croissants, jams, yogurt... coffee.. Location extremely central!!!! Close to u-bahn and s-bahn stations and to major attractions. When we had an issue with our ticket, the management was over nice giving us the same price we had for last minute booking for extra nights.

Rooms are spacious. Clean. A supermarket Aldi across the street, convenient to buy things needed during the stay. It is next to Main River. The people at the reception desk are so helpful and kind. We had no bfast thus can’t comment on it.
