The hotel receptionist Mr. Vinicius was welcoming and professional. He booked me a very beautiful room. He also gave me a very informative insight on Stuttgart city. I found that very helpful. 1. Great location, near the S-Bahn station and Johanneskirche with lake.
2. We got the room we were asking for, 2. floor, north-east view, which is really rare. We are thankful for that.
3. Solution for the kitchen was at first surprising, but it’s actually very good.
4. Restaurant personnel was great. When we arrived, we should have left the filled registration form in the mailbox, but it was dark and we were so tired that we couldn't see it (photo we received wasn't so precise). During the day is, of course, visible. Woman from the restaurant help us to find it. :) Last day a man helped us with our luggage. Great people.
