Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I travel has a solo female and it really was so confortable to stay there. The staff and manager would help you and give you the best recommendations. In the last day my flight was early so I wouldn’t be able to do the breakfast, so they prepare it for me at 6am to take with me. Thank you, i really recommend this place.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

The rooftop was amazing and right by the Pyramids. The room was nice and spacious and the AC was blasting. The room came with a kettle and coffee which is nice. There's a lot of little shops and restaurants in the area too. This place is worth the value for the location to the Pyramids, they even arranged a guide for us ! Asma checked us in he's the best. Breakfast was also very nice and yummy. They even gave us gifts at check out.

We stayed two nights at Spire West Hotel in June 2025 and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with a breathtaking pyramid view right from our bed (here is the photo). Staff were warm, professional, and attentive—offering late check‑in with ease, because we arrive at midnight. The rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations: beautifully presented dishes, non‑alcoholic cocktails, and an ambience to match a 5-star property. The breakfast was delicious and well‑curated. Close enough for a quick drive to the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort and views! 10/10

Very nice hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with tickets to the pyramids, airport transfer, restaurant recommendations and everything worked out fine. From the hotel you can walk to the entrance close to the sphinx within 25 minutes or hail a ride to the entrance closer to the great pyramid for a few dollars. And last but not least they have a rooftop terrace with direct view to the pyramids! We would come back here anytime.
