We had a great stay at Lacasa Residence from 23 Oct – 1 Nov 2025 across three separate bookings. The cleanliness, upkeep of the entire place and their service level are exceptionally high, comparable to the international standards. (It’s even better than some 5-star hotels…) We are more than pleasantly surprised with the show of warmth by the friendly staff. They were quick to respond to our needs. The rooms are equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, kitchen sink and washing machine. Depending on the room size, some are equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking over the stove. The placement of the lights was well thought off – a good combination of higher intensity and dimmer lights were installed in the rooms. As the accommodation is located slightly away from the main road, this ensures guests’ peaceful sleep. Lacasa Residence has truly surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this place for both business and leisure. To Mostapa, Yusof and the rest of the team, a shout-out to all of you! Thank you for the memorable stay! (To the boss/owner of Lacasa Residence, they deserve a bonus/raise for their excellent service … hehehe)
