Very good breakfast, you can get good food in the restaurant. Very peaceful and nice, we had a great time there. Really recommend it.

I mean we were on the road for 8 days and the only place we considered home is Nour El Balad. Abdulrady, Mahmoud, and Galal are family now, we don't consider them services providers, everyone loved them and became friends with them. We don't need to say that we will be back, because everyone goes back to their home at a certain moment. Rady is a worldclass cook.

This air-conditioned hotel is in the Theban Necropolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner of the hotel Mr. Sayed is warm and hospitable: He has good communication skills. He gave us complimentary garden view. He made us feel at home. He always made sure that everything is okay and that we were comfortable. He also recommended great activities. The hotel was very relaxing, it felt like you are at home. Also the food at the restaurant was clean and very tasty.

Very friendly people - they made me feel very welcome and were very friendly. The guy who works there woke up early to make sure that I was getting the right taxi for my tours etc. Good amenities and clean room and bathroom - it felt brand new and was very luxurious. As mentioned below - there was a minor problem BUT the property went beyond expectations to resolve it to make sure that I was happy. This property is one of the best i've stayed in Egypt and it should cost much more. Thank you very much for accommodating me

He helped us with everything. He gave support for things like balloon tour etc. After checking out of the hotel, he said that we could stay as long as we wanted during the day without leaving the room.
