the location was perfect and our rooms really exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and had a really cosy vibe. The staffs were helpful. We were nicely welcomed with our dog and had a really nice stay.

Exceptional staff, comfortable room, great breakfast, location next to a beach, easy access to walking path. The restaurant literally saved us as most other restaurants were closed during low season. Great value for money! We will stay there again if we come back to the region.

When trying to work out where to go on our first child-free holiday in over 20 years, it took us less than 20 seconds to decide on a return to Hotel Tamariu. To say it hadn't changed would be to do it a disservice. The rooms.have been upgraded, the furniture refreshed, it's been kept in great condition but some things definitely haven't changed. The important things. The outstanding service from all the staff; the effortless friendliness; the wonderful breakfasts overlooking the cove; the vibe in the hotel. It's just perfection. And Tamariu hasn't changed either. A bit busier maybe, but the beaches are clean, the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming in, the restaurants are (on the whole) excellent and good value. And Catalans still outnumber the tourists.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The accommodations were better than expected. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. What stood out the most is the kindness of the staff. I plan on staying again!
