The staff was amazing at the reception. They made us very comfortable and looked after us well. We were with a baby, they provided the crib and the baby tub even. The location is great. The room service food was amazing, we tried the pizzas, the pasta and even the veggie burger. Very good stuff. The heating was great since we visited in December. The lobby was so nice and cozy the baby really enjoyed hanging there even.

Fabulous, from start to finish. Fantastic staff, beautiful rooftop bar and pool, lovely food and drinks. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and never felt out of place.

Great location in the heart of center, most attractions are walking distance, metro station is 2 minutes walk, great cafe and restaurants just next to the hotel and few mini marts around. Staff are very nice and welcoming, very clean and comfortable room, highly recommend. Staff on the reception 24/7 and security in the evening. Smart and safe way of entering the hote and the rooml with passcodes.
