The property is sophisticated and mixes past charm and elegance with modern necessities. Although room #506 balcony didn’t open due to lack of door handles, we loved how this room kept what looked like the original windows. Absolutely loved the lounge bar. The staff were so wonderful and the wine was divine. Serving cookies with the tea was a happy surprise! The hotel staff in charge of daily room cleaning and nightly turndown service always made coming back to our room a welcoming sight. Although the conversion of the Canadian dollar to euros for a 3 night stay resulted in a very expensive stay, around $600 Canadian a night, we felt that it was worth it due to the hotels history and beautiful architecture.

I enjoyed my stay at Suites Center Barcelona.. I arrived in the morning and went to hotel for luggage storage. To my pleasang surprise, they arrange for a early check in which I very much appreciate. I could freshen after a long haul flight. Everyone at the hotel was very polite and helpful. The hotel was also located at a very good location, convenient to travel around with amenities all around.

Marc is a top-notch communicator and responded quickly and fully to any little question or concern we had before and during our stay. The place was true to its listing and photos. The apartment is large, well-equipped, nicely-lit, and perfect for a long stay as a couple. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable with good support. The street and neighborhood felt safe even at night and the building is well-secured. We could hear occasional footsteps and doors from the stairwell but it did not bother our sleep. The location is a quiet pedestrian street near the border of two bustling neighborhoods (Gracia and Eixample). There is an active and charming plaza (Plaça de Vila de Gracia) just a few blocks up the street and many more close by. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Grocery stores and metro stations are just a few minutes walk away and restaurants and bars abound. Although I'm glad we knew in advance, the stairs to the apartment were not a big deal even though I have some knee issues. The handrails are good. (We counted 76 steps.) We highly recommend this apartment and would be very happy to stay there again. Thank you, Marc!

Everything about the property was amazing. It was located in a great neighborhood, and the apartment itself is magical. It came with what we needed and more, surpassing any possible expectations. A true piece of heaven. The host was kind and helpful, going out of her way to check in and help us, and suggesting restaurants and locations to visit.
