Staff were all fantastic. All helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, it had a good variety of food.

Quiet. Clean Greatest staff we’ve ever had in a hotel. Still can’t believe how we were treated. We are 80 with minor mobility issues. On arrival Louis on front desk wouldn’t let us take our luggage but had staff member do it He was incredibly helpful for whole stay. He was day shift. Miguel on evenings was the same. Highly recommend this hotel

Very nice location just 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya with many options for brunch, cafes and food nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. There's an elevator and no stairs in the hotel entry so it is also ideal for people with moving disabilities. Definitely recommended.

We had two rooms and they both were very nice. I loved the decor, it was very welcoming. The staff was very nice and breakfast was outstanding! Largest breakfast spread I've seen in Europe. Beds were firm but comfortable.
