This was our second stay in 10 days and our room again was very comfortable and clean. The hotel's location is just amazing. Walking distance from museums and shops and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast was exceptional as well. So many good options to choose from. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Excellent Hotel with superb staff. we were received at the reception by Alex and Maria who were very helpful, always with a smile on their faces and very professional and made us feel welcome. the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. the hotel in general looks new, smells very good, the location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions in the city but at the same time a quiet area. We would almost return to Bilbao just for this hotel

The location next to the Guggenheim and near to the Fine Art Museum. The friendly and helpful staff. The comfortable room and the view (we had a room that faced the Guggenheim). Food in the cafe and drinks on the Terrace were great.

Everything about the Bilder Boutique Hotel was excellent. 15/20 minute walk to the Guggenheim, right by the Old Town, 5 minutes walk to train station. Anima on the front desk is so friendly and helpful.

The hotel team was very friendly and helpful for every request. There were also nice personal touches which came as a nice surprise (for example handwritten welcome letter written in the language of my national card as well as a note on my birthday although I didn't specifically mention to the team I was celebrating my birthday). The hotel is also in a great location and the room and amenities were high end but without creating a stuffy atmosphere. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I go to Bilbao.

Great amount of space, all very clean. Perfect for a couple nights in Bilbao. Location is ideal and accessible, being walking distance to most areas of interest. Would definitely come back to Bilbao and stay in this hotel again!
