Offering a private access to the beach, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Hotel Rosa offers rooms and bungalows with furnished balconies. Such a fantastic place to stay. Surprised this is actually a 3 star hotel as it really should be a 4 star. It feels like staying in a Wes Anderson film, incredibly quaint & rustic with bags of character. It’s a family run boutique hotel from the 1970’s that has a pool, tennis court and beach access. We ended up staying 3 nights and then cancelling the next hotel to stay here for a further 2 nights.

A 12-minute walk from Punta del Raset Beach in Denia, Brisas C8, ático, 3 dormitorios, playa a 50m, by Bookindenia features accommodations with access to an open-air bath. Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. The location was great for us as it was just a 5min drive/15 walk down to the port area. The host was exceptional and communicating with us on our day of arrival and met us at the property to let us in and show us around, even thought our flight time had been changed and we didn't arrive until much later than originally planned.

There was a very well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. We really enjoyed the outside patio with a nice dining table and chairs, plus lounge chairs. The laundry facilities were very good, washing machine, with a handy clothesline, pins and drying rack. It was also very nice to have a welcome package with snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we decided to stay 5 extra days. Good location, easy walking distance to large supermarket and also to the downtown of Denia.
