We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! We were a group of six and booked three rooms. The location was excellent—central and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The staff overall was friendly and welcoming, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Laura at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she went the extra mile—something that’s rare to find in hotels these days. When we had a small issue with one of the rooms, we offered to pay for an upgrade, but instead, she kindly upgraded us at no additional cost. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely cared for. Throughout our stay, Laura continued to be incredibly helpful. She gave us fantastic daily recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and was always available to assist us with anything we needed, no matter how small.
