Our stay at Vincci The Mint was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Traveling with two young children isn’t always easy, but the entire hotel team was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small. Lots of room and available toilet for everyone. Rooms are nicely sized, does not feel cramped, even the laundry area. Space was very clean. Great location, close to everything. Ramona was very friendly and accommodating. 2 washing machine available helped to accommodate the washing needs of our big group. Adequate utensils for big group provided in the kitchen.

Maria and Jesus were wonderful hosts during my stay. They were incredibly thoughtful, leaving a bottle of white wine and a box of macarons as a welcome gift. I had the chance to meet Jesus in person, and he not only showed me around the apartment but also shared a list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were very accommodating with my check-in and check-out process, making everything seamless. The apartment is a cozy one-bedroom with an outdoor patio. It features a full-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, which comfortably accommodates two people, or three at most. The bathroom is conveniently located within the bedroom. They even provided some ground coffee to get me started, which was a nice touch. The internet worked well, making it ideal for working remotely. The location in Chueca is fantastic—close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and pastry shops.
