To have a bathtub in the room is always a plus. The lobby is cozy and has a nice atmosphere of locals and travelers. Facundo at the front desk was really helpful and patient. The saff and the food at the Soho restaurant were delightful. Jose Luis was attentive and made me feel spoiled everytime I went to eat & drink. Would visit again when in Madrid.
