Hosts are 100% responsive. Sometimes my friends are not as responsive as our hosts did. 🤩🤩 Our plane was cancelled and we arrived one day late. All this time we were communicating . The address and key instructions were sent in advance and clearly explained. The hosts were so kind to help with arranging a taxi at the last minute during our departure. Our apartment was small but well organized with all the new furniture and home appliances. The building is renewed and equipped with an elevator. The bed and sofa are very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfectly surrounded by restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other must-to-see places in Madrid. Perfect place for a small family or couple.

Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and bars and shopping. Walking distance to the attractions. Very easy check-in and check-out. If u walk about 6 mins, you will find a very nice chinese restaurant. Food is so good and cheap.

The property was impecable. Everything was neat and clean. The location is walking distance from many of the main tourist attractions. As a solo traveler I felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There’s breakfast spots minutes away. I loved Javier Martin. There’s a supermarket, Eroski, 3 minutes away where you can stock up. I bought extra nespresso pods and made myself lattes every morning.
