All staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, nothing too much trouble. I pre booked a private tour and they arranged everything! Also directed us to excellent restaurants. The quality of the hotel is to the highest standard.

Amazing hostel. Stylish and super design. I was one of their first guests as they just opened, so everything is new and fresh. The lobby area and the hostel's bistro is really beautiful. I met some local friends for drinks in the hostel's bar and we had a great time with cocktails and some nibbles. The dorm was great, I had a good night sleep, felt safe and private cause I was able to close the shutters in a way that I get fresh air while nobody in the room can see or watch you while sleeping. I did not take breakfast at the hostel but it looked really nice from what I have seen in the morning from other guests

Great location near Plaza de la Merced. Quiet rooms. A very clean and calm hotel. Nice and welcoming staff, very personable. Have stayed in this and other Hotel Bros, and will stay here again in the future.

It is perfectly located for walking in the old town while being easily accessible by rental car in the hotel's own garage. The room was large and had a separate seating area. The breakfast was great! The rooftop with bar and restaurant was great for relaxation and getting some tan.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great location, very close to the marina, beach, museums, cathedral and shopping streets and restaurants. However the main advantage of this hotel is the lovely staff. The reception staff, the breakfast room staff and the staff in rooftop bar couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxed and chilled place to stay. We’ve been twice and will return ☺️
