The place looked completely new, very clean, had everything that we needed for our short stay. It's also very close to the city center, just across the park. And the bonus is that it's in a quiet neighbourhood. The common area also came in handy because we had a late flight. We stayed there to work for a couple of hours. The downside is there are no bathrooms in the common area.
