I initially booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6 nights. Property is in the 6th floor without elevator with beautiful rooftop views in a nice area in Bole, Addis. Room is clean washed white duvet and sheets. Kitchen area has everything I needed for preparing light meals. Owner in Germany was helpful and speaks English. Arrange if you have late flight.

Addis Ville is an apartment hotel. It has the best of both worlds: hotel and apartment. I stayed in a fully equiped apartment that also had a 24 front desk staff, maid service, lounge, work out room, concierge security guards, and a complementary coffee ceremony on Saturdays. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer. The hotel lobby, apartment, and everything is all clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I added a photo of the preparations for the coffee ceremony on Saturday morning.

Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment on a top floor overlooking the city. In a good safe neighborhood in immediate walking distance of good restaurants, malls, bars and even airport (don’t worry, there’s no airplane or traffic noise at all). Exactly as pictured.
The host was very kind and responsive and fluent in English, German and Amharic. A very organized and coordinated person. She even picked up and dropped us off at the airport in her spare time; we were lucky she was available! Thank you!

I stayed in 3 hotels while in Addis Ababa none matched the service of the Ramada .The Ramada has one of the best concierge services I’ve ever had! I stayed at the Ramada for 10 days. Every morning I came down I was greeted with smiles and jokes. It was a great way to start every morning. My housekeeper always made my room smell like fresh laundry, and kept my suit very clean! She was extremely friendly as well always checking to see if I needed anything to make my stay better! I did have a couple minor problems, but the general manager stepped in and cleared everything up! Hospitality is definitely his number 1 priority.
