The location of the apartment is great as the train station is literally a couple of minutes away within the Tripla Mall. There are also 24/7 supermarkets in the mall. The building is new, and the apartment is very quaint and clean. We felt at home and would stay there again.

What I like best about it is the host itself. We were able to check in early and the host was ready to prepare the place. Also we were able to check out late because one of my child was not feeling well. Both of those come without any charges. The host is also friendly. The place itself is very convenience because it is on top of a shopping mall and a train station.

It was comfortable and very clean. And the location was excellent. Tram stop to town center, just downstairs and if you wanted to go shopping, a 3 minutes walk to mall of tripla and easy to find and the train station at same location. So overall, I am very satisfied! Definitely come again!👍

Free of charge parking for disabled guests which I was surprised about, but most certainly welcome. Car park is accessible with lifts. Compliments to the young lady serving behind the bar, a total character, with pleasant humorous chat and an asset to the hotel. Note to management: You have a manager in the making here if you offer training and career progression. I would also add, although travelling by car, the number 2 tram stops outside, and Pasila/ Bole station and the Mall of Tripla is less than 10 minutes walk away.
