The convenient location; the tidy and clean room; the good breakfast ; the thoughtfulness of providing chargers and wires; Most of all the kindness of the owner .It was so helpful that he allowed me to store my suitcase in the storage place even one day after I already had checked out . The hotel was amazing and just 5 minutes walk from city centre. Hotel room was quite clean and spacious and had view of mountain. Breakfast was amazing and quality of service was just top notch. I would totally recommend staying at this hotel. Staff is super helpful, always ready to go extra mile.

Me and my wife went for a day trip to Chamonix and booked this hotel, by the end of it we wanted to extend the trip even when we had flights to catch... One of major reasons being how awesome our stay was, the staff were super polite, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was well equipped neat and clean. We cooked our dinner together. It even had an vintage attri gaming console , we both had a blast. I missed the view, the early morning view was just breathtaking. This is a hidden gem.
