Drakes is a luxury boutique hotel on Brighton’s seafront, overlooking the Brighton Palace Pier. It offers unique 4-star accommodation, and has a fine-dining restaurant and vibrant cocktail bar. I loved everything about this Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such a positive happy gentleman. He assisted us with restaurants in the area and also helped us with our bags. We stayed on the 4th floor which was in the attic area with the outdoor balcony. It was so great to be able to go out and see all of the beach and wharf. There was a bath in the room which looked out over the beach also. Beds were the best we had over the 5 weeks away. I can not recommend this place enough.

We’ve stayed in Brighton a few times but first time staying at One Broad Street. We really liked the location, it wasn’t noisy at all (we did stay a Wed and Thurs night though but the location is off street so can’t be that noisy at the weekend if at all) but close to the pier and everywhere you’d want to get to in Brighton! We loved how the room was decorated, especially the exposed brick wall and wood/metal features. It was really clean and had some great additions like the fridge and sink. The staff even sent us a welcome text to check we were settling in okay and to let them know if we needed anything, which was really nice and above & beyond. Also, it’s just a code for the main door and room, which is so handy not having to carry a card/key. It also meant no check-in wait time or anything. We would definitely stay again!
