Her gun ben odada yokken yatağım düzeltililiyor ve havlular değişiyordu. Başka otellerde siz soylemedikten sonra 1 hafta da kalsanız temizlik yapmazlar. Burada bence önemli bir fark. Oda temizliği iyiydi. Giriş çıkışlar rahat. Yatak konforu iyiydi. Işıklandırma iyiydi. Yeterince priz var. Restorant market erişimi oldukça kolay.

Genel olarak temiz bir otel calisanlari cok guleryuzlu ve yardimsever. Resepsiyonda calisanlar gercekten cok ilgili ve ellerinden geldigince size yardimci olmaya calisiyorlar. Odamizin biraz kucuk oldugunu, yaptigim rezervasyondaki olculere cok uymadigini belirtince cok nazik bir sekilde odami bir buyuk odayla revize ettiler cok nazik bir davranisti tekrar teşekkür ederim. Gercekten bir daha gelsem tekrar tercih edecegim bir konaklama gerceklestirdim .

Deniz kıyısına bakan The Lanes Hotel tesisi, Brighton & Hove şehrinde 3 yıldızlı konaklama imkanı sunar ve tesiste ortak oturma alanı, teras ile restoran olanağı mevcuttur.
