I enjoyed my stay immensely. Ollie was super welcoming and I felt comfortable from the first moment. The rooms and beds are big enough and have a homely feel to them. The breakfast is insanely good. Would recommend everything but definitely try the porridge with whisky, honey and cream. I'll definitely be back whenever I visit Edinburgh. Location is near the tram as well.

Clean, quiet neighborhood all the amenities and the host silvia was super communicative with me. Very helpful and all the instruction is clear. The area only around 10 min from tram easy way to center. Salisbury local located not far as well from the place. Just to emphasized it’s a share appt with others but we hv the room to all self and the room really nice.

Charming place! Incredibly comfortable bed, good looking rooms, everything you need for a stay. Such a pleasant experience! Breakfast was amazing from food to atmosphere. The only regret is not staying longer.
