The hotel is far enough that you can stay away from the busy center but, with the bus stop right in front of the hotel, you can easily access the city center. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. I'm often concerned with older buildings that the bathroom will be bad but it was remodeled and very practical.

Fully stocked. Teas, coffees, condiments, soaps, paper towels, etc. Much appreciated. Beds were comfy. Instructions provided about check-in, locking the doors, wifi, info about the area was very helpful. Quiet location. Responsive host.

We really liked how clean everything was and how spacious house was. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a family. We also liked the location. It was close to the tram station and bis stop. There is a small shopping plaza 15 minutes away. House was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was nice to have some peace and quiet after busy day of exploring Edinburgh.

Just 5 minutes away from Gyle park tram (which is only 15 minutes away from the airport). The room was very neat and maintained so well. Oh and the food was excellent.
