We all felt at home in this hotel! John, the owner, was very welcoming and fun with our kids. They were able to collect the eggs for breakfast straight from the chickens in his backyard. The staff were also very nice and helpful! The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was the high point of the stay! We would definitely recommend it.

We travelled as family of 4 and stayed one night. Apartment is located 5 min from main Street and Church Street. One of the nicest rental apartments we stayed in so far on our travels. Very smart single style modern oak wood furniture throughout the apartment, very clean, fruit basket on the table and decent breakfast products waited for us. Bedroom with a double bed and sofa with extractable bed. Parking is under the apartment, off the street. Apartment marked with a sticker, easy to see. Stairs to the apartment led with LED, nice 2 plants at the bottom of the stairs. Very well executed approach, with attention to details, that makes you feel like you are staying in a place that someone built for themselves. Check in and check out easy, communication with the host super. Supper happy with the stay.

Great location just an easy walk to the city centre. We arrived on our motorbike earlier than planned due to the wet weather. Our room was made available straightaway and we were made so welcome. The accommodation was superb as was the continental breakfast. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our stay in Inverness, all the staff were lovely.
