The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!

Initially we were given a room that had not been renovated, I politely explained that my husband and I were celebrating his birthday and the room was disappointing. We were found a room which was very nice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, for those who like to walk then within walking distance of both Westminster and Kensington and also thanks to Victoria station the whole of London is a tube/train ride away. We liked the fact that the hotel is on a quiet street and after a long day of crowds and hustle and bustle you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Yes, the rooms are small but that's what they are in most London hotels.
