The staff is so professional and very welcoming and eager to help at anyway. They are fast and applying care for me and my kids. For example: I asked for a barber near me and the concierge walked with me to the barber outside the hotel and introduced me to the barber!

Our room was fantastic , and I loved the stylish bathroom. The room was spacious and elegant, Breakfast service was very good and the fruit options and yogurt were great. Sunday evening pub service was good and Michaela and the team really spoiled us . I had the lamb carvery which was delicious and the pork came with perfect crackling and vegetables not overcooked Yum. Monday evening we had a number of Indian dishes for dinner and we were blown away. Top marks chef....the best I have had ever.

My stay at Cleveland Residences was truly exceptional! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The property itself is beautifully renovated, with modern and brand-new facilities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always responsive and ready to assist with any request, no matter the time. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their incredible support when I accidentally left my original Apple headphones behind. I hadn’t even realized it, but they contacted me to inform me about the item and kept it safe for over two months until a friend of mine could pick them up. This kind of attentiveness and care truly sets them apart. Having lived in London for two years in 2011, I know that standards are usually very low unless you’re paying a premium. So, it took me a long time to screen all of the options available, and I’m so glad I found Cleveland Residences. This place perfectly matched a reasonable price with a perfect location and high standards. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Cleveland Residences to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Simply lovely. I only picked it due to proximity to the swimming ponds so arrived with no expectations. I had a warm welcome from Joe and was made to feel very much at home from the outset. The food and service in the bar were superb. Nice touches such as the homemade cookies, fresh milk in the mini bar and premium toiletries left me feeling incredibly spoilt. I was also amazed how quiet it was - it really didn’t feel like London! Looking forward to retuning and staying a bit longer next time.

Fantastic location, central but really quiet, could hardly believe we were only 2minutes walk to Warren Street underground station. Our room was delightful and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We can highly recommend this hidden gem.
