The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

We had a lovely stay at Inga’s place in London! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the tube and buses, which made getting around the city super easy. Inga was an absolute pleasure to communicate with, very kind, responsive, and clear in her messages. The apartment itself was incredibly well thought-out. Every little detail was taken care of, and there were helpful cards explaining how things work which made everything feel effortless. There were also so many thoughtful extras that you wouldn’t expect in a rental, like a hair straightener, which was such a pleasant surprise! Beautiful little hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful and the location is great if you like Hackney. Lots of stuff to do around the neighborhood. The breakfast in the pub is also really good.

The innkeeper was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a lovely spread of breads, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee, etc. Excellent location with a bus stop across the street.

Everything is perfect. Our family of 5 enjoyed the apartment so much. It’s like a real home, and everything is available nearby: shops, restaurants, lovely regent’s canal, old st tube station and more. Renata is a lovely host and she was very attentive. Highly recommended.
