Loved the amenities and location. Comfortable bed and pullout for me and two teenagers. We made breakfast every day, used the dishwasher and even did a load of laundry. The air conditioner was efficient and quickly cooled the whole apartment. We took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow, but you could take the Piccadilly Line which will bring you much closer. You pay more for crossing multiple zones, so it may have been cheaper for the three of us to take a cab right to the door. Very easy and quick to get to Saint Pancras by tube. I would stay here again.

After watching a film at the IMAX in the science museum, we could walk to our hotel, the location was perfect. We loved the decor, under floor heating in the bathroom, complimentary mini bar! It was everything we expected from a luxury hotel without the sky high prices. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable room welcomed with chocolate and fudge on arrival was a bonus.. wonderful 5 star a la carte breakfast with a great view of the bustling city in the morning . The staff were exceptional; Edward had allowed us an extended check out since we had a late departure from the airport later in the day. Excellent location with a unique cylindrical architecture( can be spotted from afar more like a landmark in the area) thank you and looking forward to come back.
