Recently updated with new carpet. There were plenty of towels and good hot water. Hair dryers in every room were a nice touch. Kitchen on the top floor was unexpected but it worked great and the skylight was nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room is bigger than most (and the hotel is cheaper than most). The WiFi was the best I've used during my stay in London. The neighborhood has every shop or resturant you will need.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself and the room looks very luxurious. Even tho it was an older hotel (which we really liked!), it was clean and taken care of. The hotel is located near a bus station and also a underground station, so it was really easy to move from point a to point b.
