In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. Excellent service! There was some hiccup during my stay but hotel management took care of everything in excellent manner. Concierge service is exceptionally good.

Thistle London Trafalgar Square is located on a quiet street just off London's lively Leicester Square. Everyone has a problem on occasion. The fan coil was not working and the room was too hot. The desk staff determined the cause and, when the motor had to be replaced, moved us to a bigger, better room. This was just one example of their staff going out of their way to make our stay pleasant: Giving us directions to the theatre, recommending best way to get back to the airport, helping us book an Uber ride. Wonderful people!
