The location is unbeatable, at the very heart of London and yet relatively quiet. The rooms have excellent noise insulation and we were not bothered at all during the night. The staff was super friendly and attended to all our needs. The restaurant in the hotel, Wild Honey, is something special that has to be experienced. Many other outstanding restaurants in the immediate vicinity, I would highly recommend Aquavit.

The location was perfect, it was quiet but walkable to a lot of places around town and conveniently located next to Piccadilly Circus station.

Lovely staff members, great location, everything touristy is in walking distance, it's expensive for the size of the room but everything that you need is available and as a solo traveller it was perfect!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is great; you can walk everywhere. The bed was amazing. They upgraded our room. We stayed only for a night but it was fantastic.
