Staff was very attentive and overall I had the good feeling of being at home. All details have been carefully thought to provide the best comfort to the guests. I will pin MCitizen as THE place to be in London and will try other hotels of the same chain around Europe.

Beautiful hotel, great and very welcoming staff and will definitely visit again.The handy phone provision is an excellent facility from the hotel.

Located just a 7-minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station, Batty Langley's features beautiful rooms with antique furniture, heavy silk curtains and quirky bathrooms. So far from a generic London hotel experience. Are only 29 rooms. Felt more like staying in an elegant house. No guest noise. Calm and well located with friendly staff.

The room was calm, clean and peaceful which is what I wanted. The neighborhood is a tiny calm pocket in a very happening part of town. The bar is gorgeous and the food is excellent. There was not one moment of my stay where I felt anything but safe, pampered and comfortable.

Best part was the hotel gives you a smart phone to carry around with you that has data and works great! Top notch all around if we go back to London we will stay here again!
