The staffs are friendly, professional and helpful. I love when I entered the hotel and it was very quiet; in contrast to the chaotic London outside. The library and the work room are nice. Our junior suite room was also very beautiful.

the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were surprisingly bigger than I thought. The location was perfect and in the heart of many amazing restaurants, shows and other shops. The rooms were decorated very nicely and decor matched the feel of the hotel.

Everything ! Perfectly located in vibrant Soho and close to all the major areas in central London. Clean, spacious and although in the middle of Soho, yet the rooms are quite and well insulated. Housekeeping is amazing and very friendly, and the reception is extremely helpful! Always checking on us if we need anything and providing us with cutlery when we order food. They also brought us Water Hose when requested.. they just go above and beyond to make us happy all the time.

The location is close to everywhere. It was great to have complimentary tea, coffee and fruit regularly provided in the room. The staff is very helpful. Although breakfast is not included, I want give feedback that it would be perfect if 1 croissant per person was given daily from the contracted bakery.

Clean cosy compact room was like staying in a historical building with wooden panelling bed and room was comfy too comfy 😊 did plan to go out late evening after I had showered and changed after a west end shows but chilled in the room eating, drinking and watching TV. Loved it the hotel was beautiful and the staff great very friendly and helpful. The shower and toiletries were lush and the area was good for theatre and shopping lots of food outlets. Paid more than I usually do for an overnight stay but right in the heartbeat of London everything I needed within walking distance my experience was worth every penny highly recommended
