This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in London, and the best value as well. The rooms were so comfortable, and beautifully designed. We loved having a kitchenette to be able to prepare breakfast each morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect too- just steps away from great restaurants, bars, shops, markets, and the tube station. When I'm in London, I wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

Everything :) We actually loved everything about this place. The location is great - very close to two metro stations, a couple of bus stations (one exactly in front of the hotel) and still very quiet. Breakfast was very good and more than enough and the staff wad helpful and kind. And the room was squeaky clean :)

I am a student photographer and went to capture fashion week. It was great. Public transport is easy and everyone is friendly and helpful. I took my phone and purse on a cross body strap and felt very safe walking about with this. My camera was carried on a backpack that was secured. The underground is easy to use with the apps, and the walking maps on Google or Apple are excellent. Lots or restaurants from cheap take away to eating in and fine dining. You can suit yourself.

I was born in London so always happy to go back there, this stay was spent in Peckham which sadly does not always have a good name for itself, but it has more to offer than people realise. They have the most amazing Jazz Club and even just walking through Peckham High Street is a multi cultural experience with all the foods you can try form different countries.

London is still my favourite capital but nowerdays you do not feel free to go around anymore. Have used a car and buses but car parking and everything as a whole is too expensive. The speed bumps are so high, i had to put only one wheel on them otherwise they scrapped the craddle, parkings on each side of the road reduce the width to something quite narrow and it is quit difficult to keep the 20mph limit. Did not find a typical English restaurant or any fish and chips vans or any genuine baker shop. We went to a fish and chip restaurant in Portobello road served by Indians that did not have the real fish and chip taste and came out with a horrible smell of fish on the clothes. On the other hand i still love the town, its monuments and the peaceful parks.

There are many things in London, which are not so famous as some of them in the center - but maybe because of location. If Alexandra palace were a bit closer, i think it were world famous. About museums, sure, British Museum is nice, but i loved Victoria and Albert Museum even better and Wallace museum is cool too. They are still not so well-known. You cannot finish this city in four days, sometimes must go back. And i like their fast, effective common traffic, i mean mostly metro and overground.

    This city is a vibe!

This city is a vibe! A lot to see, a lot to do especially when the weather is good ;-) Churchill's war rooms and the Imperial War Museum are worth a visit when it's raining. But get your ticket for the Churchill Museum online so you don't have to wait too long. Next to Churchill's war rooms is St James' Park - a beautiful park with lots of birds (even budgies) and squirrels. Some of London's most popular sights are around the corner e.g. Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, or of course Buckingham Palace. If you like to go for a nice walk you can also choose hide park (bigger) orHighgate cementery, which is a really beautiful and old cemetery a bit outside of the city. If you are lucky (like me) a fox and some squirrels will cross your way ;-) I stayed near Notting Hill which is a beautiful area. You can stroll through Portobello Road market but I found it a bit overrated (dito Borough Market and Camden Market) or have a brunch at Farm Girl or the Shed - which is also a damn good option for dinner. Or you can book a table at Ottolenghi's - which is a pretty delicious option for dinner too if you can't stand fish and chips anymore. Harrods is also worth a visit eapecially the food corner ;-)

I’m a little ocd about where I stay - typically don’t stay in cheaper hotels so I was very apprehensive. Honestly the room was immaculate. Staff we’re incredibly kind and upgraded our room ( assuming as they didn’t have anybody book the bigger room for the night ) Was a lovely gesture. Exactly like photos, bed to my surprise was very comfy. 4 minuet from station. We just booked it as somewhere to stay for the night whilst we went for dinner in London and truthfully we will be going back - very private, cosy hotel

Overall recommend and would stay again. Good points: AC worked amazingly well, LOVED IT in the 30c London weather. It was generally clean, certainly above the standards of an average Travelodge for example. The bed also was comfortable for me, I had a wonderful sleep. Also fairly quiet at night and whilst small, had everything I needed and didn’t feel cramped. Also had laundry service and iron on first floor for guests to use. Also, fantastic value vs other hotels. Location awesome also, so close to Paddington

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

This is one of those small London hotels converted from apartments. So more a series of rooms than a normal 'hotel'. No dining, bar or leisure facilities. More a 'room for the night'. Rooms are very compact, especially the bathroom but modern and clean and fine for one night. Great location near King's Cross station. Good value for money.

Nice bar and seating area. Lovely rooms. Exactly what you want from a central London hotel. Only cost £2 more than what Premier Inn and Travelodge wanted for their basic rooms. But, this was obviously 10x nicer.
