We had a wonderful stay! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere was lovely from the moment we arrived. I want to especially thank the Egyptian gentleman at the reception (I didn’t catch his name), but he was so kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable. My daughter was so happy with the place, and it added something really special to her graduation day. Thank you for being part of this beautiful memory for our family. Definitely recommend and will come back again!

I loved everything! I loved the coffee corner in the floor’s lobby. Everything was available to me and everything was very clean and the receptionists and staff were very polite! There wasn’t a window in my room and I was hot the first night i stayed, but I discovered later on that there was an air conditioner in the room!

I loved that staff from reception and the Podium restaurant and the door staff were very warm and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed like a selection of teas, coffees, waters, large tv, both a shower and bath as well as iron, hairdryer, a safe, bathrobes, and slippers. All the little touches just made it extra special.The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well.The views were amazing especially in the evening. I was really pleased with the offer of an upgrade which meant we were higher up on the 19th floor, fantastic for taking pictures of the manchester skyline. The 3 course meal we had was superb and breakfast at the Podium was delicious with such a variety to choose from. We went quite early as we had to go to work, so it was very quiet and relaxing, staff there were very attentive and accomodating. I loved that guests were also given a discount on the car park just a few minutes walk away, which made it very convenient and made for easy access to the hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. I would definitily recommend and would like to stay longer next time.
