The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Hopewell Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I've travelled to many countries and stayed at several hotels that are 5 stars and does not compare. Rooms are beautiful, well thought out and laid out, clean, spacious, modern, friendly, and the location was perfect! All that is provided inside the room is environmentally friendly. I am super picky with bathroom cleanliness especially where the grout is and housekeeping truly maintains the cleanliness of it and hope they continue to in the future considering the hotel was fairly new when we stayed. The housekeeping manager also touch base with you if the rooms meet our expectations and I am super impressed. Never experienced this in any other countries in North America and Europe.
Wan Chai location is great with easy access to MTR and the mall within Hopewell makes it more fun and easy for us to get food or products. Not to mention some great shoe stores like New Balance and Adidas, Watsons, and some real gems of unique products - all downstairs from the hotel.
The staff are super nice and accommodating and will go above and beyond to help you with what you need. I asked the lobby staff where to go for the best claypot rice and she took the time to find out and printed out a map for me with several locations. Never experienced this level of customer service. I am so impressed with this hotel that I will stay here again in the future. Thank you Hopewell for making our stay so comfortable and convenient.

Everything is as expected. The room is rather small which is the norm in most Hong Kong hotels within the city. Location is great. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The cleanliness is superb - bedroom and bathrooms are spick and span. Water pressure is amazing. Shower area is just enough. Could be small for foreigners but again, it's the normal size in Hong Kong. Bed is very comfortable. A bit on the hard side which is to my liking so if one prefers softer beds, this is not for them. There are 4 huge pillows for use. Bottled water is not provided but there's a machine that boils tap water apart from the usual electric kettle for boiling water. In general, tap water in Hong Kong is safe to drink. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Not that cheap but useful.

We got a high-floor room and the view is exceptional. I can see all the way to the Central and also Tsim Sha Tsui as well.
I prefer bus as the main transportation as I can sightseeing throughout the windows, on the other hand, the metro is faster during peak hours. There is a bus line 18 right in front of the hotel and other lines along with metro is around 5-min walk so it is very convenient.
