Great hotel, part of a Resort complex. We had the Sky View Premium Suite, which gave us a lot of space for the 5 of us. The view was breathtaking! We had 2 balconies with views over the sea. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Every day, it was the same food displayed, but since there was a large choice of food, it did not feel like you were eating always the same. The hotel also took care of our car. They parked it, and we could move around in Dubrovnik freely by Uber or public transportation.

Vessna was an amazing host. She made us feel welcome when we arrived. The unit was clean and it was a very refreshing site compared to some of the hotels and rentals we had stayed at so far in Croatia. The unit was a 2 minute walk to the promenade below, less than 5 minutes to the beach and next to busses to get into old town with ease. She even brought me first aid items when I was stung by a jellyfish while swimming in the sea(dont that deter you from swimming there though, the water was warm and beautiful.)

We liked absolutely everything. It was an adorable room, beautiful view, easy walk to beach and restaurants, but I think what we liked the most was Paulina, our host. Sweet woman who instantly made us feel safe and comfortable (we are a mother and daughter traveling alone) and she was so helpful and most importantly, responded quickly if we had questions.

Located in Babin Kuk Peninsula, Villa Borna offers a private outdoor swimming pool, a multi-level terrace and free parking. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, some with a sea view.

The property itself was located in a quieter area away from the city center, which gave a nice break from the busy crowds! It was very easy to get to the Old Town with a bus or an Uber. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything that you would need. At the top floor there is a pool available to guests, and behind that there is a little staircase that leads up to an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean, mountains and city! As well there is a beach just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Lastly, the owners of the property were the most wonderful and kind people! We felt immediately welcomed, and Martin took the time to tell us about some spots to visit in the area. They went so out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, I truly could not say anything bit compliments for them! When we return to Dubrovnik this is the one and only place we will want to stay! Thank you Martin and family for the wonderful experience!
