Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s bit far from old down, however the private sea side is amazing! And as hotel guest, we can enjoy all other facilities in other Royal hotels, we have so many different swimming pools can choose. The room is big, makes it very comfortable when traveling. Highly recommended to people whoever visit Dubrovnik!

Vessna was an amazing host. She made us feel welcome when we arrived. The unit was clean and it was a very refreshing site compared to some of the hotels and rentals we had stayed at so far in Croatia. The unit was a 2 minute walk to the promenade below, less than 5 minutes to the beach and next to busses to get into old town with ease. She even brought me first aid items when I was stung by a jellyfish while swimming in the sea(dont that deter you from swimming there though, the water was warm and beautiful.)

Fantastic house w a great location, facilities and a truly hospitable host. It’s located at the end of a calm street overlooking beautiful scenery and the sea, just a short 2-3 min stroll from some great beaches. Several grocery stores are nearby (200-500m) including the great local bus (cheap, goes every 10 min and w AC). A place to come back to many times!

Providing free Wi-Fi and set just steps away from the sea, Orsan Residence was renovated in 2015. It is connected to the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik with quick bus lines.

We loved the place. Just as mentioned. Clean and very close to the center. Special mention to the host, Marko. He dropped in to welcome us. Gave us a lot of insights about the city, helped us with really nice recommendations. Very graciously allowed us to keep the luggage for a few hours on the day of checkout. We loved the human touch. We would love to come back some day! :)

This property is a gem. Located near the Lozica Beach around Lapad Bay, the property is a beautiful resort with supremely comfortable rooms, pristine rocky beaches, Michelin quality restaurants and friendly staff. The famous Cave Bar, with a well stocked bar built into a cave among the rocky promontory where this property is located, belongs to this property and is the perfect spot to lounge in the Dalmatian sun or catch a romantic sunset with your favorite drinks. The property is also located close to the nearest bus stop that has buses taking you to Dubrovnik Old Town. The restaurants in this property serve amazing Dalmatian meat and seafood cuisine and to me were Michelin star worthy. The view of the idyllic Lapad Bay from these restaurants, especially during breakfasts, were breathtaking and encouraged us to eat outside on the terrace overlooking the bay in spite of the heat of the summer. Just below the hotel there is a long concrete walkway that leads to the Sunset Beach, as well as to a bustling part of Lapad with more restaurants, shopping centers and other amenities. Our three days in Lapad / Dubrovnik were very well spent in this property. This property is very very expensive in everything, but if staying for a relatively short time, completely worth it.
