Hotel Park is a beautiful property! The #1 reason we loved this hotel is because of Marko and the reception team. They are so welcoming from the moment you walk in but they went above and beyond for us during our stay and long after. Marko and I communicated for weeks post-stay as he helped to ship one of our honeymoon items to the USA. We ran out of time and had to leave for the airport and he took care of it all. We cannot thank the reception team enough for all of your support and for going way above and beyond. This hotel was recommended to us by a mutual friend from Croatia and I will gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! Hotel Park - you are so lucky to have such incredible employees!

Everything was great! The location is really central- close to the beach and a very short walk to the old town. Lots of space in the apartment for a family and the host has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable.

Everything is excellent - location, staff and house keeping. We stayed in the studio apartment (I.e. Room 5) and everyone in my family (3 of us ) enjoyed so much with our stay. Room - the room is modernly designed. The view of our room is stunning. The room is bigger than I expected as there are 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (a double bed too). It can also fit in 4 of our luggage. Location - everywhere (old town, Diocletian palace, ferry port) is within 5-10 min walking distance. We don’t need to walk up the slope. A supermarket is just downstairs. Restaurants and convenient stores are also nearby. Service - excellent service regarding front desk and house keeping. Although it’s not a hotel, their service quality is comparable to a 4- or even 5-star hotel. There’s no front desk in the building but the staff is reachable via WhatsApp. They changed towels and cleaned our room everyday during our 4-night stay. Also we found out at 10.30pm of our first night that the hair dryer in my room was not working, the staff sent us another one within 15-min. This is something other B&B wouldn’t provide. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking - they have paid parking. Some previous reviews commented that it’s very hard to locate the parking lot. However, as long as you look for the tallest building when approaching to the area and keep your car on the left lane of the road once you are near to the tallest building, in fact the parking lot is just right there (together with the help of the instructions provided by Royal suite) We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Split.
