Clean, fresh, personal was really helpful and kind. Definitely recommend to stay there. In breakfast was wide range of chosen + Mimosas. Location is great if You want to walk around and to city center.

Little city break away for my partner's birthday, Room was lovely,.spacious, brilliant facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is located well and everything was in walking distance. Conveniently set in Budapest, Áurea Ana Palace by Eurostars Hotel Company provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a restaurant. The staff, especially the front desk team, was great, very helpful and service-minded. We came to celebrate a special occasion and they were very accommodating in making sure we had a great weekend at the hotel. The facilities are great, especially the restaurant in the first floor, a must see when in the hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a vast array of food to choose from. But what impressed us most was the very friendly staff that always had a smile to welcome us and see to our every need. The location was the best-close to shops, restaurants, the river and most attractions.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean and located in an excellent area for exploring Budapest - easy walking distance to many of the sites that I wanted to see. I felt safe even walking alone at night. Staff were very professional and friendly - we had a minor concern with our room and the staff member Xnie made changes to the room assignment immediately to address our concerns. Breakfast was excellent - very tasty and extensive number of choices. Coffee orders individually taken, prepared and served promptly - very good! Arrived early in the day - but were welcomed, offered coffee and fresh pastry and allowed to store our luggage until check-jn later in the day - much appreciated!
