The efficiency, professionalism, politeness of the staff's. Close to everything. No need to ride a metro, bus or taxi everything is on a walking distance. Excellent breakfast so many things to choose from and every morning there's new. One thing I wouldn't forget is on the day of my birthday when we arrived at our room got a surprise present...a bottle of champagne. Thank you so so much...it was something I wouldn't forget.

This hotel was located on a main street in downtown Budapest that was walking distance to restaurants and major attractions. The hotel has a kitchenette so if you wanted to cook you have the option. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head pressure was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again.
