The food was exceptionally good and with a massive variety, which is not normal for a place that offers all inclusive packages. The wellness area is quite big with several pools and the one dedicated for small children is absolutely perfect. Staff members are very kind and professional and the cleanliness was spotless. Close to the town where the hotel is located there are several small towns that are worth to visit like Sárvár and Köszeg. Overall this was a great experience for my family and I will surely be back again. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the west wing and it was everything we asked for. The price includes the entrance fee to the thermal baths next door but not the sauna. We paid 3200 forint per person per day for the extra sauna. I asked the hotel to put in a kettle and 2 mugs in the room for us and they had it ready for us at check in. We are very grateful for that. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is nice and there was daily housekeeping with fresh towels.

Everything was simply SUPER: big parking, big, extra clean room with a super comfortable bed and a big TV, great choice of delicious food for breakfasts and dinners, very good SPA area (with even a better VIP zone), fitness studio, various games (billiard, table-football, darts, bowling, table-tennis). Nice and helpful staff. Thank you :-)

We had spa treatments everyday while we stayed at the hotel, and it was amazing. The masseurs, Veronika, Laszlo and Balazs, were outstanding, so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I would like to mention the housekeeper, Ibolya, who went out of her way with any request we had. She is truly fantastic!!!
