The hosts went out of their way for us. We arrived after midnight and they made a tasty meal for us right then. The breakfasts were wonderful and they sat and chatted with us. We were even given fruit to take when we left after 2 nights. We have booked to return in a couple of weeks. Also, it is walking distance to the ferry dock and the turtle sanctuary

The property was beautiful, but the family was even moreso. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive and over-the-top accommodating. We enjoyed our time at D & D so much we are already looking forward to our return in two weeks.

I was in the rooftop room with a fabulous view. Location was convenient, close to the harbor. The family is very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to relax into the slow paced, quiet life on the island, just steps away from the hecticness of Bali.

All the staff from 'Aussie' and her colleagues at the Front Desk to our lovely waitress at breakfast were fantastic. Our huge twin rooms (deluxe) were awesome and the location was great, with only a 200 metre or so walk to nice shopping plaza (with Burger King, KFC etc) which you walk through to the beach pavilion. Hot water, air con and internet all good. Free high quality ala cart breakfast was generous (free fruit platter and juice and coffee or tea for everyone, followed by order of croissants etc, then starters or cereals and then main course. Great value price for the three rooms as well. A shout out and thank you to Booking.Com for making it possible to specifically book twin bed rooms and not the totally useless double or twin option all other sites and even the hotels themselves on their sites offer.

Love their breakfast, the salmon bagel and dragon fruit smoothie bowl were my favorites! Staff is very accommodating too and they were very well prepared for Nyepi. Wish I could have had a massage everyday, their spa is amazing. The bamboo stick massage is a must-try.
