I love everything about this resort. it’s breath taking. AYANA resort is extremely wonderful. so much to do there. one staff in particular that was extremely helpful with my stay name DIKA- I think he is a service manager. he help me with navigating and planned activities accordingly.

We wish we could have stayed here for two weeks! We had a wonderful stay. The staff were just so so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We had buggy to drop us off at our room at any time, great facilities close by including the shuttle to the beach or the shops. The staff also arranged laundry for us and answered any and all our questions. The breakfast was the best we have had in Bali, delicious buffet and view. The units are HUGE - so much space and so so relaxing. We really felt on holiday here reading a book next to the pool. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we would want and more. Would definitely be back again and would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is incredibly charming and beautifully designed, with a stylish interior and lots of small details that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. My room was absolutely amazing-everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the abundance of flowers throughout the hotel and the pool area, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Highly recommend!

New facilities, everything was super clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and great restaurants, with choice of Western, local and Chinese food. The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area around 15 minutes away from Nusa Dua beach via the hotel’s shuttle. The hotel has a private space at the beach, with sundbeds and bar. The staff was super professional and friendly, which made my whole staying experience peace of mind.
