We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights/4 days. We arrived way before check in time and we were allowed to check in in one available room while waiting. It was just for our needs for the destination wedding we were attending in Bali. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was crisp and clean with its own private bathroom The bed was comfortable. The pool is clean although we had no time to use it because we were busy exploring the city. Dianne, the owner was not only very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. We appreciated this very much. She's got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work with her customers. No matter what time of the day or night, you can turn to her staff with all your concerns. All the best for her and hope to see her again in the future.

Please do not hesitate to book your stay here! The property and rooms are immaculately clean, authentic, and all made from recycled and sustainable materials. Nyoman and her team are warm, welcoming and make you feel at home. Breakfast was simply outstanding - made from local, organic, in season ingredients. I love the location of the property, being away from the overcrowded hotels and busy streets, there is a lovely village vibe which makes your stay an authentic Balinese experience.
