The location was perfect, you have everything you need in the hotel or 5 minute walk from it. The staff was so helpful and sweet I wish I could remember their names, but the younger one working the reception desk is awesome, so helpful!

We arrived in the middle of a holiday, late in the evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean. Everybody was thoughtful and willing to help us with any problems even in the middle of the night. We were able to rent bicycles from the hotel and had a great time with them in Tel Aviv. Breakfast was not included with our room, but we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had wonderful breakfast there. The food was excellent and - again - service super-friendly. It was awesome.
